It’s the first time in a long while we’ve received a report like this so we just wanted to make sure.
Could you check if these steps followed by @vicflo help you get rid of this issue?

Fixed it for anyone else that has this issue. Found in log that “Warning: Failed to load XAudio2 dll”. Simply reinstalling directx did not solve this issue as it didnt replace any dlls that were already existing.

I had to delete all Xaudio2*.dll files from system32 folder with the exception of the xaudio2_8 and 9.dll (make backups just in case and delete the ones in syswow as well if you run 32 bit game). Run the offline directx installer “directx_Jun2010_redist.exe” from the microsoft site to replace the files and it should work fine after that. This seems to be the fix for other UE4...

Hey @SirBowen

We’ve just answered a similar thread, so please allow us to paste in here the same answer

It’s intended that there’s no caravan version of a Greater Rhino. Caravan Rhinos have extra slot spaces (there’s been a slight confusion about this, our apologies), while Greater Rhinos have beefed up stats. Choosing between the Greater or Caravan version is a trade-off. Having both would be an advantage gameplay-wise, which would be against our aim with our DLC.
This can be confusing and lead to a loss of important pets as reported in this thread, so we’ll make sure to send note to our team and see if they cou...

We are indeed aware and working with Sony to fix the issue asap.
It seems to affect PS4 players in the US “only”. Unfortunately we can’t fix this directly from our side but we are on the case. Definitely not intended to cause any frustration with this purchase and we apologize for the inconvenience.

This is a fair concern and we will bring it up with the team to see where we are in that regard.

We have definitely discussed more improvements to the crafting UI.

I just posted an answer on our official forums in regard to DLCs and bug fixing and thought it might be a good idea to re-post it here as well:

Our Artists who make the skins and new assets and the store/marketing department who update the stores for a new DLC don’t implement gameplay and they have nothing to do with bug fixing. They also have nothing to do with deciding anything game direction related.

There are two completely different departments working on these areas.

To put the DLC vs Fixes into perspective:
We have not released a DLC since late last year (five months ago), while we have patched the game and addressed issues several times in the past months (we released ...

Hey everybody!

We’re back with a new patch aimed to fix some of the issues you reported regarding our newest dungeon, the Sunken City, along with a few extra polishing touches for the dismantling bench and the unstable skeleton companion.

As always, we’re keeping an eye on your feedback regarding our newest additions so please let us know of any issues. Thank you all for your continued support!

Please remember that updates can mess with your installed mods. We suggest taking a backup of your current database before updating to any new patch if you have mods installed.

Correct and it’s already fixed internally.

A bit unrelated but I hope it's nothing serious and wishing a speedy recovery <3

Hey @Korgoth

Please make sure to learn the feat for the frontier pack DLC pieces.
In case the DLC license is not correctly applied, you could also try to re-verify your licenses (under the PS4’s system settings) and see if that fixes any possible issues.
