1) You can find these information when you hover on characters portraits, and/or when you click on their portraits, right below their avatar.

2) Hover your mouse over the skull icon

3) You will get nice perks and bonuses. Open your Council-Liege to check them out :)

I have justed tested it on my machine and I received an Achievement in Ironman mode.
When you are in-game, could you please open the menu and click on Achievements to check if Ironman is ENABLED and Achievements AVAILABLE?
Could you please also check if your version of CK3 is "Argent (1.2.1), Checksum d5f5?

Achievements should be available. Did you just create a character? If yes, is that character below the 400 points threshold?

The AI has logic for assisting the player and it has been improved for the upcoming 1.2.
1.2 aims to also enhance the AI dancing between priorities.

We're working on making the AI support battles better in general for the next bigger patch (no ETA on it yet).

In the meantime, providing saves in the official bug forums with situations where the AI really should but doesn't support a battle would be fantastic.
Especially in instances like these, as it might be caused by some specific edge-case.

You should be able to play your past saves just fine :)

To access and load all Steam CK3 cloud saves made or synchorinzed on given device you need to:
1. Locate and open folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[steam_id]\1158310\remote\save games" - if the Steam was installed in the default location.
2. Copy the save file you want into "C:\Users\[user_id]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\save games".
You are now able to load that save in the game as a local save.
