That Decision grants you:

The more devoted your actual character is, the higher his level of devotion becomes. This directly influences the opinion of the clergy of the faith that the character practices.

Hi Pilsken,

While Tooltip are Timer Locked by default, you can make then Action Locked in the Settings>Game. This allows you to turn on/off tooltips let's say by middle clicking instead of hovering.
If you don't middle click, tooltips don't display.

have you tried disabling the mod, launching the game & closing it. Then, re-enable the mod and launch the game. This should solve your problem.

1.1.2 saves will not work properly with 1.3.0 version of the game. Only 1.2.2 version of the game should translate properly into 1.3.0 Corvus.
What I can suggest you is to port the game into 1.2.2 version first, saving the file and then booting 1.3.0 version and saving again. I cannot guarantee this will work correctly, but I hope it does!

Pre-1.3 saves should load, but I would advise you to disable mods at the moment if you have any, while the modders update them to the newest version.

Snow is coming in Mild, Normal or Harsh. It depends on the region you are in. It will spread on the map, ranging from scattered patches of frost to snow-covered landscapes.

Note that the snow won't appear as soon as you start a new game.

Open launcher, turn off DLCs in the launcher, launch game, exit game, open launcher again, re-enable DLCs, relaunch the game.

A claim represents a character's legal right to obtain a title which is not theirs and allows the creation of a claimant faction.

If the title belongs to a vassal, the claim allows the liege to revoke the claimed title without incurring tyranny.
Otherwise, a claim provide a casus belli to gain the claimed title through war.
Alternatively, if the title belongs to the liege and the government is tribal, the claimant vassal can use the ‘Challenge the Ruler’ decision, which is a duel.

Claims can be pressed or unpressed.

• Pressed claims are inherited by the character's primary heir as unpressed
  
• Unpressed claims are not inherited by the character's primary heir but can become pressed if they are used for a casus belli and the war ends in white peace
  
• Implicit claims are given to all children of a character on its titles and will become pressed if the character dies and the child...
