Regarding languages, indeed Crusader Kings III is not localized in Portuguese. If we were to add languages, we would naturally let the community know. Thanks for your understanding.

Our team is aware of this issue and we are investigating it to propose a fix as soon as we possibly can.
In the meantime, know that if the castle has been fully besieged, it will reset to 1 Garrison and grow from there.

No confirmation yet, it should be available tomorrow if all is going according to plan on our side. As soon as we can, we will let you know.

We indeed increase the price by having a multiplier affected by the realm size and the tier title. We do not look at the actual treasury or any other variables. I suppose it's worth mentioning that the impact of the realm size is non-linear but use a square root function.
