English would be preferable, yes. Save files can be found in C:\Users\\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\save games. Best way to go about it would be to attach the save file to a thread on our Technical Support board[http//Technical+Support+board] and link it back here for reference.

Looking at title history and family trees would be a good way to figure out exactly how the succession was determined by the game; Even if the title itself no longer exists, that information is still stored in its history.

Bug reports have a different pipeline from general feedback or suggestions, and as such are more likely to be prioritized over balance change requests.
