That's true. If only we had a functional INSPECT to actually see what the gear and build used.
Indeed; I think there's a plan to bring back the inspect feature eventually.
Somewhat an orthogonal thought, but sometimes people transmog their gear to recruit, I do.

Yeah, you have to get the pack from the eshop. And if they don't show up in your transmogs list, try restarting the game
