I bought items for myself and a friend Yesterday (Xbox) and never got my items either, both the timely and arcslayers packs for both of us. It says we own them, my card was charged, still nothing. Submitted a ticket which required me to send screenshots of reciepts and acct info (pain in the butt for console users). Hours later no reply, not even an Ok we got the info it will take some time to fix, thanks for your patience.
Sorry you haven't heard a response yet. Support might take a bit longer then expected during this time <3
We're working on restoring purchases and you'll receive your items as soon as its fixed; they aren't lost.

what happen with matchmaking in progress?
Im on mobile so cant keep uo with all these fancy formats so all im gonna do is just tell you. I have been here for forty minutes at least either on the load screen, creating character or restarting game yet i have not played the game because it WILL NOT LOAD, someone please help. If you have no advice please just upvote so that the OP may see it, i have seen many a post on the same topic with all less than 10 upvotes and the devs will never notice at this rate.
[EDIT] Im on after a whopping one hour but please do not disregard this now, others still jave this problem

Looks like bad timing on my part! The servers are not having a good time right now, we are working on it as we speak.

We are working to improve this, matchmaking is taking longer then normal but it will queue naturally <3
