If you are an NA or EU player, please contact support. If you are playing from another region, Dauntless is not supported there at this time. We are working on it in the future.

Ya, best I can figure out atm is that you are playing on a PS4 from maybe Japan, where the input scheme is inverted. I think you might be able to toggle that off in your PS4 settings somewhere. We have an issue logged and are looking at ways to figure it out on our end too for a future patch. Thx again for the help :)

We are correcting the issue now! If you'd like to download immediately you will have to switch your store to English, otherwise it should be updated in a bit <3
And we start with the Epic bullshit: I had to set the Language in "English" (from French) for being able to install the game...
