Today we will start moving 8 Australian servers for PlayStation 4, to a new machine.
Your characters, in-game stashes and bases should not be affected. Please read here to see if your server is on the list and what this means for you.

We are currently investigating the crashes that are affecting the PlayStation 4 players since the release of the update 1.05.

✅Current state of the characters
Everyone should have their pre-incident characters back. We had to sacrifice Wednesday's progress that you made to restore progress that was made before the loss.

🔇Lack of communication
This all happened when our small marketing team was setting up our EGX presence with limited access to internal communication channels. Thus we were not able to provide you with the information in real-time.

💥Thursday servers
To resolve this massive issue, we had to re-run the whole maintenance process, using Wednesday's backup.
We had to shut down the servers for almost an entire day, time to restore the backup, fix the issue, and test the result.

⁉️ What happened
Wednesday's maintenance introduced some issues with the player IDs, affecting all platforms.
Many players had lost days, if not weeks of progress.

Survivors,
We apologize for the issues you experienced in the past two days and our lack of communication😓

📢 Console Players:

Servers will be coming back online over the next few minutes.

📢 PC Players:

We are now releasing an update in order to fix the client and server crashes on PC. Tools will be delayed.
