Chest talent FOCUS (increases weapon damage if aimed with scope with 8x or more magnification) procs whenever I aim with a sniper.
But, the new named weapon DARE has a built in scope with 8x magnification and the talent does not proc. Is this intended ?
And by the way it is kinda weird having that scope into the weapon mechanics but no visual mesh/texture of it 
If you play when the server population is low, MM has to make due with what is in queue. So sometimes this does happen.

We don't yet have any new updates to share from the investigation into the extra Freyja shrines. The development team have been able to locate these in-game as well, and are currently looking into this further.

Hey there @virtuj, thanks for taking the time to get in touch and for reporting both of these problems for the DARE weapon, I will gladly take a closer look into it. If possible, could you please provide a short video showing both of these issues in action?
You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, you can always try uploading it here on the discussions or try sending it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.
I also want to assure you that we've already received quite a few reports about new weapons missing certain attachments visibly, yet still functioning properly (as if the attachments were on them). Our teams have been hard at work trying to resolve these visual problems.
A video demonstrating this occurring will greatly assist our teams. If you have any further questions or you experience any other issues, please do not hesitate to reach back out.
