@1990sCoolGuy They'll be fixed in the 4.6.1 update (before the PTB version hits live).
@davidisatwat The Shape is undetectable when he's in tier 1, so you won't be able to read his.
Basically, the same as it is now, except the perk icon no longer lights up when you look in his direction.
@ricardeau9 The buffs that'll be in the next bugfix patch will also be available for testing in the PTB.
@simscott27 That'll be fixed in the upcoming bugfix patch (along with the Spirit Fury bug).
