Tickets sent to our Support are not ignored, however it might take some time to get an answer due to the sheer volume of tickets that we receive - spamming tickets also won't get your question answered sooner.

Booner explained in this threat the procedure with regards to updating.

SCHEDULE All platforms: November 2, 11 a.m. ET

FEATURES Boon Totems Disabled an animation restriction that caused many boon totems to be unsnuffable by the killer due to the placement of the totems.

Dev Note: We intend to re-enable this in a future patch, once we have had time to located and reposition all offending totems so that they play nice. This will result in some totems being snuffable through collision, but we are erring on the side of caution to ensure that all totems can be snuffed by the killer until then. Enjoy it while it lasts, Killer Mains!

Adrenaline is currently not working as intended and will be fixed in an upcoming patch - this is not a change but a bug.

Please note, we do not officially support Windows 7 - the minimum required operating system is Windows 10 as listed on our Store Page on Steam.

We do not officially support Windows 7 any longer - haven't for quite some time, if you notice on the Store page the minimum required operating system is Windows 10. That's because Windows 7 is end of life, it does not receive the necessary updates any longer.
