Until the change is out, players can complete this triumph by damaging and defeating all Headless Ones (15 total) before defeating the final boss.

Highly recommend doing this with a fireteam, or slow rolling with other players if you're entering matchmaking solo.

Team is looking at reducing the amount of Headless Ones required to complete these objectives as some can despawn if the final boss is defeated too quickly.
