Hi everyone! Today, we’d like to present what we’re focusing on regarding combat changes for Update 27. As always, be aware these are just the current proposed adjustments and are subject to change during the upcoming PTS cycle. With the ongoing focus on overall server/client performance for combat, we are continuing the audit on item sets. For this round, we are continuing the item set adjustments we started in Update 26, and as you’ve come to expect with DLCs, there will also be several new sets to acquire from the new dungeons.

We are also doing some class adjustments from long standing player requests and outliers. As a reminder, we are currently addressing class abilities on a singular basis and not as a whole package just yet. This means larger Class reworks are not in the cards in this update, but other adjustments will be made to help with server/client performance and functionality that may be missing in various class kits.

Bonjour à tous ! Nous aimerions vous présenter nos projets pour les changements apportés au combat dans la Mise à Jour 27. Comme toujours, nous ne parlons ici que d’ajustements envisagés, et que tout cela pourrait encore changer dans le cycle du PTS à venir. Puisque nous nous sommes concentrés sur la performance générale du serveur et du client pendant les combats, nous avons continué notre passage en revue des ensembles d’objets. Nous poursuivons donc les ajustements commencés dans la Mise à Jour 26, et comme pour tous les Packs de jeu téléchargeables, ces nouveaux donjons apporteront plusieurs nouveaux ensembles d’objets.

Nous apportons aussi quelques ajustements aux classes, pour répondre à des demandes de joueurs et corriger quelques problèmes. Nous examinons actuellement chaque compétence de classe au cas par cas. heute möchten wir euch vorstellen, worauf wir uns in Bezug auf Kampfänderungen für Update 27 konzentrieren. Wie immer solltet ihr euch der Tatsache bewusst sein, dass es sich hierbei um die aktuell geplanten Anpassungen handelt, die sich im Laufe des bevorstehenden Testserver-Zyklus noch ändern können. Wir fokussieren weiterhin auf die Leistung von Server und Client im Kampf insgesamt, indem wir unsere Überprüfung der Gegenstandssets fortsetzen. In dieser Runde werden wir die Anpassungen der Gegenstandssets weiterführen, die wir mit Update 26 begonnen haben. Und wie ihr das von vorangegangenen DLCs erwarten könnt, wird es auch mehrere neue Sets in den neuen Verliesen zu holen geben.

Hey all, as mentioned in another thread emails with codes are still going out. If you haven't received yours yet just hang tight for now.

Today's maintenance consisted of some backend infrastructure work that needed to be done on all the megaservers. You can expect the next incremental patch to be next week for both PC and console.

8 hours of maintenance and no fix on nunatak guess we have been ripped of by zos again well done zos

I just killed the boss again on my sorc and no achievement. It’s unbelievable that this wasn’t fixed with this morning’s patch. They had an opportunity to correct this and just didn’t. SMH

This morning's maintenance wasn't for a patch, it was some backend infrastructure work. We know this is a frustrating bug, but it's not something we're able to hotfix and needs to go into a full build.

Hi all, confirming we've seen this post and are working on getting this fixed. The next incremental patch isn't scheduled until after Midyear Mayhem ends, but it will be fixed by time the next Midyear Mayhem rolls around. In the meantime as a workaround, getting the killing blow on Nunatak should trigger the achievement.

Hi everyone,

Due to some scheduled maintenance that will be taking place on July 7, Midyear Mayhem is being extended to Wednesday, July 8 ending at 10am EDT. This way, maintenance won't coincide with the conclusion of the event. The in-game timer has already been updated to reflect this change.

Just to update, we're going to move forward with rolling out this fix over time. As previously mentioned, this means the next console incremental patch is going to be larger than usual (compared to other incremental patches) and anything remaining will be added to Update 27. After Update 27, you can expect console patch sizes to be smaller as part of the patching overhaul we did earlier this year.
