Official Feedback Thread For ESO 2022 Global Reveal- High Isle

@stride067 We have been going through this thread and drafting a detailed report to share with our internal teams. We are working on a few things to share between now and launch to provide additional information and clarify systems like Tales of Tribute for example. Feedback will also be used to make some changes to systems. But that is also going to be informed by feedback from PTS and a variety of other places. We will update on what those changes are through our patch notes as they happen.

The feedback here will also help inform future chapters.

Just a heads up that we accidentally missed a patch note for a change that went into yesterday's PTS patch affecting the Nazaray set. This has been added to the notes above, but for visibility, here is the change:

Monster Masks

[*]Increased the duration of the extension to 1 second per 20 Ultimate spent, up from 1 second per 25 Ultimate spent. [/list]
Developer Comment: [spoiler]This set was originally intended to make Damage over Time effects and potent debuffs easier to manage and allow for focus on different actions (like being able to actually spam your "spammable"), but was inevitably delivered in a way that only high end groups would be able to use.
