The Elder Scrolls Online v2.16 fixes the issue where the friends and guild list history was not displaying properly, several crash fixes, a fix for a delay occurring when entering or leaving the Guild Bank, some quest fixes, and more. The size of this patch is approximately 398 MB.

Hi everyone,

The "Rationer" Champion Star was updated in PC patch v6.3.8 to only provide a duration bonus to stat-altering foods and drinks. This Champion Star was never intended to affect the duration of such foods and drinks, and we apologize for inadvertently missing this patch note.

In practical terms, this means it will no longer extend the duration of EXP-boosting Ambrosia drinks or Alliance Skill-boosting War Torte foods. It will still provide additional duration for foods and drinks that have a stat-focused component, such as Hissmir Fish-Eye Rye. Note that the "Gourmand" and "Connoisseur" Provisioner passive skills will still increase the duration of all foods or drinks, respectively, including Ambrosias and War Tortes.

Updates to Perfected & Non-Perfected Sets
In Update 30, you can now wear perfected and non-perfected sets in combination with each other. Doing so will grant the bonuses associated with the non-perfected set until you wear all 5 pieces of perfected.

Some classes are completely forgotten (like Nb and stamdk for example) by the dev team and meanwhile Templar gets a huge rework. Why only Templar and nothing else?

Templar needed help for sure, I am glad to see it was given a buff. That doesn't mean NB and Stam DK should be left to die. There was no point in nerfing NB's Dark cloak when as you mentioned, hardly anyone used it anyway.

Additionally, searching for a specific item in the search box should bring it up without the need for you to scroll to it.

We are aware of issues scrolling through some item menus on console. If you exit your item list, return to the main menu, then re-enter the list you should be able to scroll further down. This is a temporary workaround while we investigate a permanent fix.
