Issue: When attempting to equip any of the pre-Odyssey Commander clothing cosmetics (eg: Desperado), Commanders receive a 'Livery Error'.

The team have been looking into this issue as a reported priority with a view to address - when we know more on the targeted expectation of a fix, we'll let you know.

A post to share a little information today on an issue that quite a few of you have previously raised, whereby filtering by ship (and other filter methods at times) in the Elite Dangerous Gamestore was not working for you.
In other instance reports, the product carousels were sometimes looking incorrect in their aspect ratio from time to time also.

I'm pleased to say that these issues have now been addressed and those of you who were experiencing problems previously will now be able to correctly filter products, and will see improvements to the product carousel.

With the release of the 'Console Copy Portal' we are seeing reports of several of you hitting continuous 'Database Error' when attempting to complete the process.

This is currently looking to be due to potentially linked to one of two issues:

[*]One being the fact that your desired Commander name is potentially taken and the error isn't triggering (because you're moving through the process quite quickly).
[LIST]
[*]I can't believe I'm typing this but whatever helps at ... Read more

Due to the overwhelming number of Commanders accessing the Console Copy Portal and the scale of data being transferred, wait times can be up to 5hrs for the copy process to complete.

Please bear in mind that you will not be able to play Elite Dangerous whilst the copy process is taking place.

You will also be unable to log in to any frontier services while the process is happening: that includes the User Portal, ARX Store and DLC Store.

This is a monumental moment! Thank you for your patience.
