This morning, along with the weekly maintenance 'tick', initial steps were taken to address some aspects of the underlying issues, that are causing Mission Boards to not work as intended, following the release of Update 14.

The issues being experienced with Mission Boards have indeed been noted as a priority from reports and experiences noted.

This Thursday, Jan 19th, we announced the return of Frameshift Live with Arf, myself and special guest Derin along for the ride.

Unfortunately, I'm bringing you notice of postponement of this Thursday's livestream due to poor Producer Adam testing positive for Covid this morning (he wanted us to be fully transparant with you on the reason).

We'll be back as soon as we logistically can with the next Frameshift Live, with Producer Adam fighting fit, keeping us all in check and bringing that top notch quality to broadcasts we strive toward for you all.

Following the re-opening of the Console Profile Transfer Portal yesterday, a number of Commanders reported being unable to proceed with the transfer process and in an unofficially prompted attempt to resolve the issue, deleted their Elite Dangerous 'Legacy' accounts.

We strongly advise that Commanders who experience difficulty in completing the Console Profile Transfer Portal process do NOT delete their Legacy accounts.

The team have spent the last week reviewing and investigating and we're happy to announce that a further update is to be released tomorrow, May 18, in the form of 15.01.

The update will be available following routine server maintenance tomorrow, May 18.

Routine server maintenance downtime for Elite Dangerous Live/4.0 will be EXTENDED in order to accommodate 15.01 until approximately 11:00am BST, when the servers will be back online with the update deployed and available.

GalNet released an alert yesterday, stating that the Class 3 experimental weapon stabiliser is now available, following Azimuth Biotech’s delivery initiative in LHS 1163.

I have bittersweet news. Following some re-shuffling among the Community teams at Frontier, I'm moving on to new projects and stepping back from Elite.

It's been just over three years since I joined Frontier and thrust into the galaxy of Elite Dangerous. Since then, I have grown and learned an incredible amount and thoroughly enjoyed engaging with members of the community. Above all aspects of the job, interacting with players directly has always been my favourite. I would like to thank you all for your involvement here on the forums, Discord servers, Twitch chats, and everywhere else. Being a part of that has been an absolute pleasure.

Elite is in fantastic hands with Arthur, Paul, and Sally on the community team and knowing what's coming this year in Update 15 and beyond, I will watch things unfold with excitement. Meanwhile, I'll still be at Frontier so you may see me involved in other games - please feel free to say hello!
