This is a known bug, so I have just moved the thread to bugs. We are currently working on a fix.

This is not something we have in Elvenar @Evefeist as we try to let our players pick and choose how they wish to set up their cities, not least with Guest Races.

The Toggle Atmospherics will stop the snowfall I believe, BUT you will still have the Snow on the ground as far as I know.

Hi @McBratty The Winter Scene will appear on December 1st and Cedric the Snowman will be back! (Cedric is my name for him)

And I agree, I would love to make my Avatar Festive! Not sure that would work on mine in here mind.... although he kinda looks like an Elf that The Krampus would love! Maybe if he had a little Bauble Earring... hmmm....
