The Havoc expansion went live seven days ago, and what a week it’s been! Already we’ve seen pirate activity, corruption spreading through various systems, and epic showdowns between insurgents and empire militias. Updates have already been made to the expansion, and it is time to start getting ready for EVE Vanguard, the upcoming FPS module for EVE Online.

With Havoc's arrival earlier this week, CHAOS has certainly been the theme many in the community embraced, all over New Eden!

Today's community beat is a special Havoc-themed beat, highlighting some of the content that you've all been creating to facilitate your pirate aspirations and spreading corruption, or fighting for the empire's militias and suppressing the pirates.

Whilst the expansion notes covered a lot of the details of what came in Havoc, some of the EVE Partners, across multiple languages also covered them, giving a little more depth in places. Ambitious capsuleers, 

You can now get 2 for 1 on all Skill Extractors and Alpha Injectors in the EVE Store. This 2 for 1 offer will be available from 9-14 November, in celebration of Singles Day 2023.

With a Skill Extractor applied to your account, you can take existing Skill Points from a character and re-assign them elsewhere. If you’ve traveled down a training path that no longer serves your goals, you can use these Extractors to quickly catch up elsewhere, or sell extracted Skill Points on the market for generous sums of ISK.

Alternatively, you can use Alpha Injectors to quickly and easily apply 50,000 Skill Points to your Alpha pilot of choice, once per day. It’s the perfect way to speed up your training goals, and get your new career off to a faster start!

Winter Nexus comes to New Eden on 5 December, and brings with it the Yoiul festival, with its traditional gifts, games and glory. Once a year, EVE Game Masters (GMs) take to the sky and throw down in New Eden for an entire week. This year’s GM week is almost upon us, running from 23 - 27 October, featuring favorite events from previous years, along with a few new twists as always. EVE GMs are cooking up a variety of in-game happenings, contests, streams, prizes, and other shenanigans, so jump in, meet the GMs who maintain the world of EVE and join the celebrations! Furthermore, this year’s GM Week coincides with Crimson Harvest, meaning the traditional gifts and assets the GMs bring with them will be even more likely to drop!
