@borodatiumujik Thank you for this additional information. Did you complete the troubleshooting steps that were sent?

@borodatiumujik Hi there.

Thank you for confirming. Sorry to hear the issue persists.

A member of the support team may need to take a look at your system files to be able to help with some more tailored troubleshooting.

Would you be able to generate a Dxdiag and MSInfo, and attach them to a support case please? When contacting the team, could you also include any troubleshooting steps you have followed so far.

Please reach back out if you have any additional questions!

Gad to hear it @borodatiumujik! When you fixed that double NAT problem, did this resolve the original error you reported?

Hey there @thegoblin14 ,

For Honor was undergoing maintenance earlier today which will have prevented players from connecting.

This has since concluded though, are you still having any issues?

Thanks for getting back to us @thegoblin14 , sorry to hear you're still unable to connect.

I will kindly ask though that when waiting on a response, please refrain from bumping your thread.

We will get back to you so please don't worry and we don't want any important posts or information being missed by repeated bumping!

Regarding your connection issues however, could you please ensure that you have given all of the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting guide a try and let us know if there's any changes or any other error codes?

These steps will ensure there's nothing hindering the link between your network and the game's servers.

Thank you!

Thanks for reaching back out @thegoblin14. To fix your NAT type, I'd highly recommend trying the port forwarding steps mentioned in the previous article @Ubi-TheBerry shared. If you need help with this step, while I'm unable to walk you through it due to it varying based on the router and internet provider you have, we have a general guide you can review. If that doesn't help you with doing this step, your internet provider can help you out with getting that set-up so I suggest reaching out to them to get the specific help with port forwarding.
