Ok, I hadn't played For Honor since the 8th of August until a couple of days ago because I went on a holiday. When I came back on the 21st I decided to hop on the game because the Warmonger was released for purchase and the game launches up normally I get past the event trailer and when it starts loading stuff in the bottom left it gets to "Moving in to battle" and then the game just crashes. I have updated my graphics drivers up to 20.8.2 which are the latest for AMD, I have reinstalled both the Uplay launcher and the game (multiple times) and I still get the crash on the same place.

I really hope I can resolve this issue because I love playing the game and not being able to join the banter with my friends the past week has been disappointing.

Hey rumeni - I hope you had a great holiday! I'm sorry to hear that For Honor is now crashing for you since the latest update.

Did you yet complete our full basic PC troubleshooting guide? If not, can you do so, and let me know if the steps help?

You've mentioned reinstalling the game and Uplay as well - are they installed to the same drive on your PC? If not, can you please reinstall one to the same drive as the other for testing purposes?

We're sorry to hear that's been the case, FLUFFYMASTER40.

Just to confirm, you've spoken with the Support team and have a Support case that is being looked into? Do you have the Case ID for that?

Thank you for getting back to us.

Could you please extract the MSINFO details into a Text file and upload it to the case? There should be an option on the Window to do so. That will help us to look into that for you.

Thank you for clarifying! Could you please try verifying your files:

1. In Uplay, click on Games tab at the top of the window
2. On the next screen, hover over the game tile. This will make a little arrow appear at the bottom right of the tile
3. Click on this arrow to make a drop-down menu appear, then click on Verify files

Please then ensure the game and Uplay are running with admin rights, and then perform a clean boot. Test the game after this, and if the issue persists please run through the rest of this guide.
