Fortnite: Creative Dev Tracker

Hey!

So this was a mistake on our end, during our submission review process we sent an email to a wider group than the actual specific Creative LTM submissions which resulted in folks who hadn't even entered receiving this email. Apologies as this definitely would not feel good to receive and something we'll need to analyze in our processes going forward and resolve.

Y'all are making amazing creations and we want to highlight your passion, we're gonna get better at giving you the platform to show your games/creativity off in addition to more future contests!

We just released the v8.40.1 client update to resolve some issues that appeared in the v8.40 update.

We’ll be releasing a client update tomorrow, April 19 at 6AM ET(1000 UTC) to resolve some issues that started occurring in patch v8.40. No downtime is required.

It's possible in the future! We're still evaluating the performance of this device, as you can imagine it can be pretty costly to damage many things at once.

We're definitely interested in this, too. :) The pieces actually need some changes to be compatible with how Creative works.

UPD2, 9:27 ET: Players will remain locked to parties until a new member joins or a new party is formed by the leader. We are working on a fix! In the meantime the party leader can kick the player from the party or players can also leave and reform the party.

UPD: The scheduled maintenance for Party Services has completed. Squad up and build something awazing!

We’re aware of an issue in Creative when loading into Sand bar island that doesn’t allow players to use the phone tool or any item. The workaround for this issue is to open the menu and respawn, once respawned players will be able to use the phone tool and items once again.

We released server/client fixes to resolve some issues that appeared in the v8.30 update.
