Rocket Ram damage is sometimes lower than intended, dealing 25 damage instead of 50 damage, when hitting a player directly.

Hi all, We’re happy to report that the Accolade Device is now available in UEFN. You can now design unique gameplay loops and take control of how your players earn XP, encouraging them to return to your island.

If you’re used to the Fortnite Creative toolset, you may already be familiar with the Accolade device. Now, the same feature set is available within UEFN.

With the release of 26.00, the ability to expose assets from UEFN to Verse is enabled by default for all newly created UEFN projects. For any of your projects created before 26.00, you will need to enable this feature by following these steps:

  1. Close your project in UEFN.
  2. Locate the .uplugin file in the project directory.
  3. Open the .uplugin file in a text editor.
  4. Find the property EnableVerseAssetReflection and set it to true.
  5. If no such property is present, add the following line under VersePath:
    a. “EnableVerseAssetReflection” : true,
  6. Save the .uplugin file.
  7. Re-open your project in UEFN.

We have resolved the issue where Mutator Zones, Skydive Volumes, and Damage Volumes were not working as intended in Fortnite Creative and UEFN islands.

We have deployed an update that resolves the issue with interaction devices.

Creators will need re-save their devices in their project level and republish for the fix to take effect.

To anyone experiencing the issue where parties are unable to queue into some Creative matchmaking islands if their party size exceeds the island's max player size.
We’ve had some reports of success with the following workaround:
> Go into your Island Settings
> Set Team Size To “Dynamic:
> Go to Team Settings and Inventory Device
> Set the Max Team Size to your desired number
Please note, this is a temporary workaround until a fix is deployed and may cause issues in your game depending on how you’ve built it. We recommend testing your map prior to publishing.

With the release of v26.00, the warnings you receive when you fail to compile a material will now be considered errors. This means the author of the material will now need to correct the issue(s) before publishing.

Previously, when publishing an island, these materials would silently fail. (On mobile, the materials would show up as a checkerboard pattern. Islands that are already published will continue showing this pattern on mobile, until the materials are fixed.) Going forward, these warnings will not be silent and the island will fail to publish until the materials are corrected.

We’re aware of an issue where parties are unable to queue into some Creative matchmaking islands if their party size exceeds the island’s max player size. As a workaround, the party leader can load the island alone and then have other players join.

We’re working to resolve the issue and will post an update when we have more information.
