  1. Throw the Advanced Storm Controller out - that gives you a BR storm with phases. You can set the initial size and then it'll just progress.
  2. If you want to configure the storm set that controller to Custom - and then use Beacons to override each phase you and to setup. Beacon 1 is a special case that just overrides the first one. Beacon 2 and beyond set where the storm ends up and with what properties.

That should be enough to get you started

I recently uninstalled the game, reinstalled and updated and still this bug is here.

I've reported many times in game, on reddit, & complained to the support desk and this issue has never been resolved for ~1 month for me now, its really frustrating not being able to create because of this really bad bug.

That was a custom fix we did for broadcast. We will work to add it as a feature in a future update. Would this be useful?
