Should they be? Iirc we currently do not have any means of acquiring them through any form of Transformation. Only via Llamas / Research.
I would very much like to be able to Transform with a chance at getting them.

Unfortunately, I don't have a solid answer. Our Performance Team is hard at work digging into the client and server logs we've pulled. We have some ideas on what the cause is.. but we need to keep drilling down.

Another question about Transforms:
Are we able to get Launchers from Ranged weapon Transforms?
I usually do several Transforms a day... easily 50+. And I have NEVER received a launcher of any type.
Ive been doing Epic Transforms due to having no need for Manuals / Research points hoping for an Epic Dam Buster...but not a one.
Just want confirmation if Launchers are or are not obtainable through the Permanent Rare/Epic Transformation Keys.
I just took a look at the data, and can confirm that Launchers are NOT currently obtainable through the permanent Rare/Epic ranged weapon Transform Keys.
Any ETA on the hero rework detailed post yet?
I'm estimating the next couple of weeks on the post. We hope to have a video as well.. sort of how we did with the Front End UI changes. However, please keep in mind any bugs or pushbacks could change the delivery dates of the blogs / videos. It's definitely hard to communicate a date as things are always subject to change.

And your cheap, little, " go-to" to make the game sweatier: Exploding Deathbursts. Forget about building anything, when this is on ... it's getting destroyed.
Oh, but Deathbursts almost always have another "-Burst" modifier to double-down the nonsense (i.e. Frenzy or Healing).
Fine. This is all, well & good. Right? It's a challenge.
What's wrong? These freaking Burst Modifiers, lag the game to hell. Then double-down, on them ... Unplayable.
Come on. Please take some consideration with this mode. You guys were on a roll updating quality of life in this mode for a while. Now ... radio silent. The 'other mode', gets fixes .... th...

I'm gathering server logs from players and routing them over to the QA and Performance teams to dig into what the cause is.
I know this is extremely frustrating to experience and I definitely apologize.
