The assumption was that this would happen in v10.31. No one ever made that claim from Epic, this was driven from reddit threads. I replied to as many post as I could explaining that this was most likely to hit in v10.40

Gaining 60fps though unsupported methods was never intended behavior.

We’ve discovered an issue with FNCS placements while slotting teams into Heats. This has resulted in a few qualified teams outright missing from our initial FNCS Finals list. We are working to correct this, and should have a final team and Heat list available soon.
Please be aware that this means teams may shift Heats, or no longer qualify once we’ve corrected the placements issue. We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

We will be auto-completing this Challenge for you and will provide an update when this is done.

I spoke with the QA team, and it turns out the fix we applied to "Deal damage to opponent structures with a Minigun" also applied to that one.
