Did restarting the app fix this issue? What device are you using while you encounter this?

Does this occur with multiple pickaxes or just the one you have equipped?

And this has only happened while you have been playing on an iPad with iOS 13? Is this occurring every match you try to get into, or have you been able to successfully get into a match at least once?

Fortnite supports iOS 13. Be aware of an iOS 13 issue when playing "Claw" as this will lead to a copy/paste menu showing up. This is resolved with iOS 13.1

Comment

This error typically means your phone thinks that Fortnite is still installed on your phone. You need to make sure the game and launcher are both uninstalled when you attempt to reinstall.

Make sure you check your phones storage and general applications to make sure that Fortnite is not on the device. Also uninstall the game first, then the launcher before attempting the reinstall. If you are having issues reinstalling please send me a direct message.

AHh, yes thanks for pointing that out. I was focused on the image itself looking at the skin vs the whole image. For the OP are you on iOS 13? If not can you please update your phone to iOS 13, this should resolve your issue.

What is the issue exactly? I could easily be overlooking something.
