Chatted with some folks and seems since this has been re-enabled it might take a while for the updated servers to register the change. This is likely the cause of the issue and should self-resolve i a couple of hours once the update hits all servers. If not, let us know.

• Chapter 3 Season 3 Competitive Preseason has ended.
