Ipad pro 2018 Fps locked at 30fps in lobby but in game it’s correct.
The lobby being locked at 30 fps is intended. This helps devices maintain a longer battery and helps with the temperature of the device.

Description Using one of the movement keys to exit the inventory can cause a delay when subsequently trying to use one of the keys to move.

Description PC players who receive a party invite before getting to the lobby may get an error message that says:
Could not join party [Player]’s party is private.
Note: This issue only occurs if the player who sent the invite sent it through Party Hub. The PC player will be unable to accept subsequent invites from that player until they relaunch their game.

Workaround If you keep experiencing this crash, you can contact Player Support to resolve it. Your controller layout will return to the default settings.
Please note that configuring your controller layout to the way it was when the crash occurred may make the crash occur again. This crash will be resolved in a future release.
