We are looking at re working Warhawk.
Thanks for breaking this down and testing it so thoroughly. While this isn’t technically a bug, I have passed it on.
Hello team, if you have more information on this that would be appreciated. Right now I’m seeing a lot of speculation and would like something a little more solid to show the devs.

Here to clarify that we do not explain why someone found cheating was banned, as it enables them to cheat more carefully in the future. This is done to protect the health of the game, as well as other players from hackers and cheaters.
Ban appeals (especially those for people find hacking) are our lowest priority. The important tickets are account recoveries and purchase issues. Before re-evaluating hacking bans (which aren’t easy to get, and we monitor closely) we typically try to do chat bans first. (There’s a lot of context in chat bans, and we ALSO review chat ban appeals manually, to ensure the best outcome.)
The OPs first appeal was replied too. After that point, we will reply when we can, but we believel it is important to prioritise players with technical issues that haven’t been suspected of cheating, regardless of whether they are paying players or not.

So my question to Salty (or any other official member of the GoW team) is:
Good question, I can’t respond to each piece of individual feedback. We have a huge influx across every social media account. Also, if I do and say I’ve put something forward, the devs (and myself) are attacked if we cannot make it happen in game. This can be for many reasons, from lacking resources, to it unbalancing the game, to different priorites, to publisher decisions.
As such, this becomes a matter much more delicate than others realise. I often get harassed when I say I have put something forward and nothing com...

@dank-o our stream is partnered, so people can also watch after the fact if they want too. I know it’s not the same and I apologise, but I hope it tides some people over.
Community ninja here to say that it is a matter of RNG. I don’t believe that the liklihood of getting the Imperial Deed offer will change, and I’m sorry that this isn’t the news you want to hear.
It is rare and down to RNG, much like the way getting a Legendary or Mythic troop is.
I understand the stonewalling comment, but I have to disagree.
I do post on these forums regularly. (Not last week, as I was on a much needed holiday, but I am on these forums 5-6 days a week.) These days our forums are primarily used for feedback and bug reports, and we have moved away from providing roadmaps after a lot of sustained abuse. I do not believe that this is an unreasonable reaponse to our treatment, and it was done for the safety of our support staff and developers. I have spoken many times in the past about us being open to feedback, and we do action feedback when and where it is appropriate and won’t harm the health of the time. (And, time permitting.) However, any feedback that is abusive in tone will not be taken into consideration.
I do talk about rough roadmap content in streams, as I find it a safer environment to do so. It is completely up to you if this is a social media you are interested in following or engaging with.
I will continue to...
Read moreWhere possible we do our best to ensure updates aren’t released during GW weeks, but we don’t always have a choice.
Hello everyone! At this point we are still planning on releasing the other updates next week. We aren’t the ones that control the precise moment an update deploys, so we are looking into this issue now. We are also doing what we can to minimise any issues with Amazon being on the 5.3 Update early.
As mentioned above, be careful when using your account across an Amazon device and Steam, Android, or iOS. You will be locked out of your account that is unable to be on 5.3 after updating on an Amazong device and using your account on Amazon Fire. This isn’t something we believe we can fix prior to the 5.3 Update releasing next week on our other platforms, but if this changes we will let you know.

Going to be 15 late stream team, traffic has defeated me but I’m running into the office. Can’t wait to see you all after my break!!!
Hello everyone, just ran this by the devs and those speculating that there was a typo are correct. I’ll be fixing this everywhere to reflect the correct scoring.

the correct scoring is:
I apologise for the inconvenience, and am grateful that you brought this to our attention. I didn’t reply to this yesterday as I returned from holiday. I followed this up as soon as I saw it, but I’m sorry for the delay.
Coming back to stream today!!!
The main reason we removed the balance changes from our major updates is that one controversial balance change could completely impact the way a major update was received. We thought it was better to keep them seperate moving forward.
However, I have mentioned to the devs that this might be a cute Christmas present. No promises, but I’ve put the idea forward for the end of the year.
I also have some Christmas surprises of my own in the works, and I’m excited to be doing fun seasonanal content again.
