Most likely you are permanently banned, it’s not common for players to be unbanned once they’re banned for cheating/hacking.
If you want to continue playing I would suggest starting a new account and not wait for the reply.
As mentioned before, players with genuine technical support issues are answered first so as not to waste their time.

First up, if we can’t all be civil to one another I’m going to have to keep the thread permanently locked. I’m sorry to the people who’ve been having a normal civil discussion about the Vault weekend and battle crashers if it comes to that.
Secondly, I just want to make an official statement that the Gnome spawn isn’t affected by Battlecrashers. Gnomes take priority. If a Gnome is meant to spawn in a battle, a Battlecrasher will not.
Lastly, I wasn’t planning to admit my bed time last night but I was up until 4am playing Gems of War last night for fun and to maximise on the pet rescue time during the event. We do play our own game. In addition, when we test things we don’t just play it for 10 minutes, QA spend much longer on it than that and we have a PC we can dedicate to running non-stop battles and tracking data to test a far higher sample rate than a small group of devs could.
