This isn’t technically a bug but I have passed it on anyway. 
This is not a bug, and is a common perception issue that players of games with RNG encounter.
Streakiness occurs where there is RNG.
Please do not report bugs in other places, as I will only direct you to the forums.
Please do not tell people to do this. I will not take bug reports in other places. Having them here means others can weigh in, confirm bugs, or even help other players when possible.
As mentioned above, you defeated Eternal Elemaugrim, which is technically a different troop.
Another place to find him is in PVP. Many people will put Elemaugrim on their defense teams to help other players.

We had evaluated our code many times and the Ai does not favour the computer. In fact, at lower levels, the AI purposefully favours the player.
There is nothing to be gained by having bad RNG that hurts the player. It would destroy our bottom line, cause a huge loss in players, and be overall bad for the long term health of the game. As such, we have evaluated it several times, as I mentioned earlier. There is nothing to be gained from us having rigged (in the favour of the PC) AI or RNG.

Melbourne is in a less strict form of lockdown, but we are still in lockdown. We are not allowed to visit the office, and if people can work from home they MUST continue doing so wherever possible.
Huge fines are in place if you don’t follow the rules.
On top of this, I haven’t streamed to a console before. I don’t have the extra half day or even full day if there are issues in my schedule to experiment, set up, and get a next Gen stream working seamlessly. Also, a progranmer having access to a testing console is much more important than me. (as a last note on this topic, we use Dev kits to make console builds. They can’t be used as typical consoles, as they are designed for development. They function a little differently.)
Our streams have always been pc, and will remain so, especially during a pandemic.
Not sure how you expect me to stream off one of those consoles when I don’t own one and we can’t legally go to the office!
