I just want to jump in and clarify a few things.

Our support team cannot alter drop rates. As mentioned earlier, support and programming are two different parts of our team that use different skill sets and serve different functions.

On top of this, we would never alter someone’s drop rate to teach them a lesson or sabotage them. To do so would be unethical, unfair, and not worth our time. Why would we want to upset players more? At the end of the day it would cause further unecessary discord and affect our bottom line/profits.

If we are excessively insutled and abused (typically over a few tickets, we like to give people a chance to reform) we will ban said abuser from our support. We are people like everyone else, and if you abuse us several times you will earn yourself a ban. If you wouldn’t say something to your child, partner, or boss, don’t say it to us. Hey, if it’s happening every match please record the match so we can see what’s causing it, so far no one has provided any video of it happening, we can’t make it happen when we’re testing and we can’t see a bug in the code.

So if it’s happening that reliably for you you can help us solve this.

EDIT: please also ask the player if they had any error messages with a “retry” button pop up at all during their Guild Wars matches, if they were playing on mobile while on the move (ie their connection may have temporarily dropped for example).

Restart the game the bug should be fixed already.

Please bear in mind that the translators don’t see the text in the game when we give it to them to translate so if we don’t provide enough context it’s not their fault.

I do understand, I promise. I’ll follow up with the Devs on this again today. I think I mentioned somewhere this is one of top 5 priority bugs I’ve asked the team to look into, it’s not an easy one so far (which is why it hasn’t been fixed yet).

EDIT: PS. I know how frustrating it would be to read this reply after like 6 months of this, I just don’t know what else I can say at this point it’s disappointing all around.
