New Epic Troop: Eldritch Minion

The Eldritch Minion will be available this week for 400 Glory in the shop as well as in Event Chests, and will appear in Glory, Gem, and Guild chests in 3-4 weeks’ time.

We’ve done what we can on our side. We believe that it isn’t fixed because something needs to be done manually on our chat server provider’s side. However, due to it being Easter we’re not sure how long it will take.

It’s currently almost 2am on Easter Monday here, so we can only wait at this stage, if it’s still busted during the day I will let a dev know again but I’m not sure there’s anything else we can do until proper business hours on a business day. We’ve done as much as we could so far.

@awryan Gems of War has its entirely own dev team who do not work on PQ3 at all.

Just an update, we’ve tried to resolve the chat issue, it may take some time to propagate (I see @danac is back in chat but I can’t get in still).

Hopefully it is back up for everyone within the next few hours.

We will look into what happened more on Tuesday.

Hi everyone,

We’ve reported the chat problem to the development team and someone is seeing what they can do about it now.

However, to be completely honest it’s really unfortunate timing as it’s currently Easter Sunday here and we have a 4 day holiday here in Australia (Easter Monday being the last day of the holiday).

So best case someone is able to fix it today, worst case is that one of the team members who normally handles the chat servers will be available again when they’re back from leave on Tuesday Australia time (Monday USA).

Basically we do have team members available but not the ones who can normally handle what’s causing this issue so we’re seeing if there’s anything we can do in the meantime.

I’ll make a known issues article so please follow it for updates if you want to be notified as soon as we have more info:
