We have fixes for Lycanthropy that are going out with the 5.5 Update, so please sit tight. Unfortunately they require a major update to release, so we can’t push them quickly.

Hello Alison, this sounds very strange. Unfortunately, I am afraid that this could be due to the device that you are using. Windows 7 is no longer supported by Windows, and when your OS is no longer supported you can see degraded performance across all games and applications.
Please feel free to contact our support, but be aware that there might not be much we can do.
