I must have missed this bug report, which checks out seeing as it was posted on one of my very rare holidays. Our office was out from Christmas to New Years. Please also be advised that this is only a very small part of my job, and I have a lot of duties. I endeavour to do my best to reply to a majority of bug reports, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. As this was neither game breaking or a bug, I did not comment on it.

To be completely clear, this was not a bug. I try to spend my limited time on bigger issues, and while doing this and following things up with the devs it’s likely that I didn’t reply to this as I was investing my time in our more recent serious issues. Eg, assets not appearing on Android, and the crashing that Xbox is experiencing.

To clarify, this was not a bug. I have updated the name of this post to reflect that.

Regarding this week’s medals I didn’t blow this off on stream ...

@Tibo if only substances we could use to get high were legal in Australia. Alas, they are not, so we don’t get high while designing events.

I have passed the feedback regarding this event on. I saw it mentioned here, and it was also brought up to me on stream. This feedback may or may not affect future events, but it has been read.

Acting on feedback versus reading or passing on feedback are different things.

Unfortunately no, as the way the graphics worked in the game uis why we were having the issues in the first place.

It will be fixed with our next update. (Which isn’t too far off now.)

We still haven’t been able to reproduce this on a number of PCs with different specs. I know it’s a silly question, but have you updated all your drivers just in case?

If you lose connection during a GW fight it will count as a loss. This is to stop people trying to reset their fights again and again until they win.

What speed is everyone playing on? We have analysed a lot of footage of people playing at 4x speed saying that an extra turn has occured from a three match and it’s always turned out to be a 4 match somewhere else. We would love to review any footage, as we have been unable to reproduce this bug internally.
