The Istan Cache that contains the 250 Kralkatite Ore is still available! It's one of the options in the final reward for the Living Season 4 Reward Track. The 12 Kralkatite Ore is available at another tier in the reward track, as a separate reward, and you should be able to get both by completing the reward track. Cheers!

Okay, I've got good news on this one! Some people have been looking into it, and they've found the cause and got a fix in the works. It will be in our next scheduled game update on April 15. I'm sorry this has gone on for so long--thank you for flagging this and for sharing info and screenshots, everything you provided was helpful!

Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue that caused the on-use effect of certain guild hall decoration unlock items to be visible to other players. The veteran plastic spider transformation has temporarily been removed from the Plastic Spider Tonic while we address a VFX issue. Fixed an issue that prevented poses unlocked through the Fashion Poses Emote Tome from displaying correctly when used by norn male characters. Fixed an issue that caused the druid elite specialization's astral force meter to display the wrong color. To ensure that all players have access to a café console, a non-decoration version will be available near the waypoint of each homestead for the duration of an upcoming event. Fixed an issue that caused the Mistburned Barrens Renown Mastery achievement to be categorized as part of the Mistburned Barrens Mastery achievement.

We've got a fix for this coming very soon!

Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue that caused the mesmer illusion meter to fill improperly in certain situations. Fixed an issue in which some player characters had automatically learned several homestead decoration recipes but could not craft them. This impacted the Kaineng City Umbrella, Large Canthan Cherry Tree, and Canthan Nian Statue. When characters affected by this issue next log in to any map, these recipes will become craftable for the whole account. Accounts unaffected by this issue can still unlock the recipes normally.

One more update: This fix will be part of a hotfix tomorrow, March 27.

Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue that prevented the correct achievement progress from being awarded when completing rifts in Mistburned Barrens. To remedy an issue that prevented the Collect 6 Weapons from the Scavenged Obsidian Weapon Set Wizard's Vault objective from progressing if the weapons were destroyed before being account bound, the objective will be completed immediately when players enter a new map or log in after unlocking any 6 Scavenged Obsidian weapon skins. Fixed a server crash. Fixed an issue that prevented the Heart of Maguuma Reward Track in PvP from being repeatable. Added a confirmation pop-up for chat links to PvP matches.

We're looking into this to try to figure out what's happening. I'll keep you updated as I'm able!

We've got a hotfix incoming for this bug in just a few hours! Thanks for being patient on this one. Once the hotfix goes live, your missing progress will show up when you next log in or switch maps.

I've got good news! One of our gameplay programmers has been looking into this and he's working on a fix. This will correct the issue for the cherry tree, the umbrella, and the statue. Right now the plan is to get the fix live this week--I'll give you more specific timing once I have it!

Any Piles of Recycled Siege Equipment that players had before the March 25 game update are still account-bound, but we have an update incoming for that! After our next scheduled game update on April 15, players will be able to convert them to a tradeable version with any siege merchant.

Sorry about this--the Heart of Maguuma reward track is supposed to be repeatable, so this is not intended. We have a hotfix going live later today and it make the track repeatable.

That's because today's hotfix has not happened yet--hang in there a little bit longer!
