Sorry to say it's not hidden content or an easter egg, just a metaphorical button that didn't work properly. ๐ I did some asking around and it should be fixed now!
Of all the days to get to work late. ๐
Sorry this is happening, all, but we are aware and looking into it. Thank you for the info and screenshots you've shared so far!
We will be performing maintenance on our billing platform beginning at 2:00 AM Pacific time on Tuesday March 12. Players purchasing gem or game codes on our site or in the game may experience delayed confirmation emails and order fulfillment.
Hello, I want to apologize for the long delay and let you know that people on our team are reviewing this issue to get it fixed. I'll share further updates as I am able.
I'm back with one more update!
Temple of Febe CM is one of the most difficult pieces of content we've ever released in GW2 and a lot of us here at ArenaNet have been watching the race for world first for the past week. To give you a little more information on what's next: We want to make this CM more widely accessible but also keep the current difficulty level available to those who want it. When we make this adjustment on March 19, we're going to keep the current version permanently available as an option in the Temple of Febe CM.
To celebrate those who successfully clear the current version, anyone who does soโbefore or after March 19โwill be awarded the title Legendary Conqueror of Cerus. This title will be added in the March 19 game update and players who earned it beforehand will receive it retroactively when that update is live.
Hi all, I have one more update on this: Like I mentioned last week, we've been watching this encounter closely, and we are going to make adjustments with the March 19 game update.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed a server crash.
Fixed an issue that caused the "Defeat Knaebelag the Terror" event to stall during subsequent runs if it failed due to losing control of a capture point.
Fixed various collision issues in Inner Nayos.
Hey all, I just want to let you know that this has not been forgotten. We're still investigating to track down the source of the problem and I'll update you when I am able!
We've got a fix ready to go for this. I'm sorry it wasn't ready in time for last week's update, but it is confirmed to be part of the next scheduled update on the 19th.
I know I have said this in a couple of other places, but thank you for sharing your feedback on this topic. Constructive criticism is good stuff and always welcome--I appreciate you each taking some of your time to talk out what you felt could be better, why it didn't feel great, and what you'd like to see done differently.
