Yeah, if I’m signed into Xbox.com at all, Halowaypoint refuses to load. This was tested on my WiFi and on my phones 5g connection.
i would honestly try seeing if you can use a different internet source (friend's wifi or something)
it's not always but that error can be some weird ISP thing sometimes
couple more thoughts:
try xbox.com first and then halowaypoint (try after a fresh cookie/cache clear for maximum effect)
try a different internet source like your phone's hotspot.
