I don’t recall the CE pistol (or any weapon until Reach, for that matter) having bloom visually indicated by the reticle.
CE pistol does.
go hold down the trigger and full auto it.
I think the OP was referring to the reticle being stretched horizontally.
Edit: presumably due to a wider FOV?
well with no further context i took a guess based off what i've seen players asking about previously when it comes to expanding reticles and the CE pistol. :)

but that's called "bloom" and it's by design.

The website used to track LASO completion. Now it says that the highest difficulty completed is legendary. This is an insult to the blood sweat and tears that I have put into LASO (especially 2 & CE). I at least want bragging rights on the website, lol.
