Validated and still crashes on launch.

some are reporting that removing the HD texture pack will help so you can give that a whirl.
but either way, would love if you can reach out to Halo Support and submit a ticket so they can gather info as we investigate.

if so and it's still not showing up, reach out to Halo Support and let them know it's not unlocking for you please.
i suspect this is possibly related to the other issue...
are you able to try a different network source? ie connecting to your phone's hotspot to see if stuff loads?
otherwise, would definitely include that in your ticket to support.
