To complete the Crusader Kings achievement, you need to take the ‘King For Our People’ focus, and occupy Jerusalem.

A tricky little achievement to complete, you’ll probably be best off joining the Axis for this one!

For a few more formable nations, the ‘New Formable Nations’ mod is worth a look.
Because who doesn’t want to reform the Mughal Empire in the mid 1940s?

One of the focuses in the new French focus tree will enable you to ‘Disunite Germany’, breaking it up into smaller states reminiscent of the pre-Imperial time.
