From the infection, something began to rise, a fever so rampant it set the ground itself alight with hatred. Bestial screams filled the horizon as the Hellborn burst forth in anger. Nature's revenge? Or something far darker...

Reports of burned crops and scorched cattle were starting to cause unrest in the northern mountains. Coupled with the sickness that had started to spread, people's homes became fortresses. Lucky, really, considering the heated battle that was about to unfold...

With the Corruption dwindling in Louisiana and reports of an outbreak in the north, our Hunters travel to new lands. Each one has their own reason to chase after the foul creatures which now inhabit the oil fields and abandoned mines.

Once a verdant landscape of green forests and rocky crags, Mammon's Gulch now mimics its inhabitants, fetid and rotten, soon to be the latest stage of bloodshed and battle.

Hunt: Showdown 1896 will be launching on 15th August, 2024.
