Hello there!

I've been having trouble claiming the twitch prime rewards from the battle pass and was wondering if you could help. You see, I connected my console and my twitch prime to my uplay account. However, I still haven's gotten any of the rewards yet! I'm missing the first three battle pass rewards that require twitch prime. Can you help me out?

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

Just to double-check - have you had a chance to redeem Prime Gaming Loot reward by going to the following website?

Redeem your Prime Gaming reward there, and you will be able to redeem those rewards when you reach that Battle Pass rank.
Make sure to restart your game at least once after claiming the rewards to make sure that the game recognizes the status.

[FONT="]I have redeemed many items in the past, including in many Ubisoft games, without issue. I know my Ubisoft and Twitch Prime accounts are linked. Even within Hyper Scape itself, I was able to get the rewards from my progress in the open beta battle pass without issue. For what it's worth, I also just received the baton from the September 10th Ubisoft Forward event without issue. I opened a ticket 12676013.[/FONT]
