This error usually occurs when you either:

1. Do not meet the requirements
2. Need to update your GPU drivers

Please ensure your drivers are up to date, and get back to us if the issue persists!

There is no known work around for this error; I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Even if your graphics card was strong enough to handle the game, it also needs to be designed to be compatible with the Vulkan API.

Hopefully you will have an opportunity to upgrade your system in the near future it will really open you up to a lot of games.
