Hi Ubisoft,
I have downloaded the uplay app and installed Hyper Scape, the hyper scape download has since finished. However when I come to try and launch Hyper Scape all I receive is a message reading "the code cannot proceed because vulkan-1.ll was not found. Reinstalling may fix the problem". Then, I deleted the game from my PC and downloaded the game a second time only to find, again, that as soon as the download finished and I stared the game that I was faced with the same message. Please could you help? [/SIZE]

We are aware of an issue with launching Hyper Scape with the Vulkan system. Please update your drivers prior to launching Hyper Scape. Once your drivers have been updated, please restart your PC and try again.

Also please check the system requirements here to ensure your PC meets the requirements to play the game.

If the issue persists, could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files (dxdiag and msinfo) and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

Can you please confirm that your system meets the minimum requirements, and that you've performed the steps recommended by my colleague Keo above? Does the issue persist even after those steps have been completed?
