[2020] Cant hear teammates

I can't hear my teammates in voice chat. I have the original settings and have tried turning my voice chat on and off doesn't help.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it didn't help.

Do you know if they are able to hear you?
Is voice chat always like this, or are you able to communicate in it sometimes?

Thanks for your response there and sorry about the issue you're dealing with.

Just to double-check, are you using any other applications that may be interfering, such as Discord or TeamSpeak? If you do, try turning them off for the time being. Also, can you provide us with a screenshot showing your Audio settings in-game?
