[2020] Hyper Scape error code: orchid-2001

I'm sorry that you're getting this error when trying to play Hyper Scape. This has recently been resolved, but if you're still seeing the error, please run through this FAQ.

If the issue persists, please get back to us via a Support ticket and include a screenshot of your port forwarding settings.

Can you please specify which error messages you are consistently seeing in-game? Is it just Orchid-2001?

Try connecting by Ethernet if you are not already. If that doesn't help, try the steps in this support article: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/faqs/000056948/

I understand you may have already tried these steps, but I just want to be certain

If you have another Xbox profile, try also launching the game from there so we can be sure it's not a profile issue.
