[2020] I cant launch the game

I tried to reinstall the game twice, made sure i was an admin and look through forums for an hour and still cant find help. Each time i try to load up the game the same message pops up and it says "procedure entry point vkGetPhysicalDeviceMemoryProperties2 could not be located in the dynamic link library vulkan-1.dll" and i will ignore it but it is just an infinite loading screen. Can anybody help, I've never played this game before and I really want to.

As mentioned by the support, update first your drivers! Although personally the update alone did not fixed the problem! I'm sharing this because I want others with the same issue to be able to solve this problem. I downloaded and follow this Hyperscape entry point error guide, downloaded the vulkan-1.dll and pasted it on my system folders.

Give it a try and let me know if that works also for you!
